‘The Wolfman’, Speaker & Personality
A Wolf Behaviour Expert, Shaun has spent his life researching and studying wolves in a unique way.
By studying wolves behaviour and ecology from inside the pack Shaun believes that we will have a greater understanding of how to conserve the species worldwide and also relate to how the domestic dog behaves.
Shaun has had two documentaries and one series transmitted following his life and work:
‘A Man Among Wolves’ -
This followed Shaun’s work as he became a full member of a pack of wolves when he raised three abandoned wolf pups.
Mr & Mrs Wolf/Living With The Wolfman’ -
In this series Shaun helps his partner of the time Helen change her human habits working as a nursery nurse to become a wolf nanny.
Based at Combe Martin Wildlife Park Shaun has recently set up the Shaun Ellis Wolf Pack Foundation. By donating some of the funding Shaun can help preserve wolf packs world wide and teach humans to live alongside wolves peacefully.
